In this course you will find the tools to unlock a new, more empowered version of yourself. One rooted in self love, integrity and intention. The format is meant to be self paced but for students who prefer more structure I have broken down each of the sections into parts that can be done 1 section per week. My goal is to help the student to create a routine that is sustainable for their lifestyle. The routines suggested in this course can take as little as 30 minutes or as long as you would like. The goal is to complete 5 minutes of mediation 2 minutes of journaling 10 minutes of movement 10 minutes of reading and/or bath and making sure to drink one gallon of water per day This course will also highlight Alisa Vitti's Cycle syncing method, the 4 phases and the importance behind hormone health and food.
