Intro to yoga is aimed toward the beginner. This course will provide a video per day for 4 weeks and is perfect for anyone looking to start their movement journey. Each video will be 20 minutes long - the focus is on feeling, moving and loving your body where it is in the moment of your practice. I will be instructing each video and will be including a short, sweet, inspirational reminder to begin each practice. Each virtual class will focus on the foundation of the poses while building a movement practice that you love and gets you excited to get on the mat. 

After the course is sent out on June 20th, it is yours to keep and replay as many times as you would like.
